2 min warm up
5 minutes low pass, ending with knee on belly
2 minutes frog jump
5 minutes high pass, ending with knee on belly
2 minutes shrimp
5 minutes swimming pass, ending with knee on belly
2 minutes gorilla walk
5 minutes hippies triangulos
2 minutes of foot work and sprawls, double leg shooting and seat outs.
